Medical Logix, LLC abides by all applicable State and Federal laws governing electronic communication over the internet, including the following: Recipients of information sent by Medical Logix, LLC over the internet or via fax will be of an “opt-in” nature; Medical Logix, LLC will maintain records demonstrating the email addresses used have consented to be contacted; All electronic communications will include a way for the recipient to remove him/herself from future distribution; The “From” and “Subject” line of all electronic messages will not be deceptive or misleading; A postal address will be included in all commercial email messages; All email communications will contain valid header information.

Technical and legal circumstances beyond our control prevent Medical Logix, LLC from ensuring that your information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described herein.
